Due to a growing business worldwide, the plant manager in Belgium is looking for a seasoned operational manager to support him in managing and coordinating the supply chain cycle. An experienced team leader with management skills to collaborate with management, customers and supplies and is comfortable in taking the lead of operational maintenance.

The ideal candidate has experiences and is familiar with
- Equipement maintenance and improvements
- Optimize capacity, continuous improvement and KPI's
- Quality assurance, customer focused
- Financial responsibility, inventory management , cost center control
- Compliance, heath and safety
- ERP stewardship
- Supply chain excellence, vendor management
